Background

My training and experience is optimal for adults wanting to live their best lives, both personally and professionally, and for parents who are interested in supporting the emotional health of their children.

For over 10 years I have supported children, adolescents, and adults. My desire to help reverse the concerning trend of child and adolescent mental health challenges led me to learn about complex trauma and its devastating, multi-generational effects.

I am now a certified NeuroAffective Relational Model Master (NARM) Therapist, trained in helping clients reclaim their inner strength and vitality by healing the effects of complex trauma (or CPTSD).

Five decades of life experience also ground my work. An early career in start-up and established tech companies supports my understanding of the challenges professionals face in high-pressure careers.

I have had the privilege of raising two daughters into young adulthood with my husband and continue to be the beneficiary of all that motherhood has to teach me. I have deep compassion for the struggles of parenting and am moved to support other parenting adults wanting to show up as their best selves in (arguably) their most influential role.

I love my work — every day I am touched by the complex and tender reality of what it means to be human. Sharing that space together is where the healing happens.
